Mary grew up in Massachusetts and began figure skating at the age of 3, competing at a high level until she was 18. Her years in competitive skating sparked a lifelong passion for health and nutrition, which continued during her 9 years touring the world with Disney on Ice, where she met her husband of 28 years.

After retiring from skating and becoming a stay-at-home mom, Mary pursued her passion for wellness by becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist, where she discovered a love for helping others heal through therapeutic bodywork.

Her own health journey began after the birth of her first child when she was diagnosed with hypothyroidism, followed years later by Hashimoto's after more than two decades on medication. Watching her daughter struggle with endometriosis and multiple surgeries further strengthened her passion for natural healing.

When her daughter discovered The Wellness Way and was able to avoid a fourth surgery, Mary knew she wanted to help others experience the same hope. She attended The Wellness Way Academy and became a Health Restoration Coach. Today, Mary serves our community as both a Licensed Massage Therapist, offering therapeutic cupping massage services, and a Health Restoration Coach, helping patients restore their health through a holistic, root-cause approach.
